The Lily Pad offers two ways to turn your unwanted fashions into cash! CONSIGN with The Lily Pad or SELL to The Lily Pad, it's your choice!
 
The Lily Pad Advantage:  No more LATE nights of preparation, tagging, expensive advertising and EARLY mornings hoping for good weather to host a garage sale that could be hit or miss.  The Lily Pad offers you a better solution while allowing you to be "Earth Friendly" by recycling, reusing and reselling!
 
WHAT WE ACCEPT:
 
We accept  infant, children's, junior's, trendy women's and maternity clothing.  All clothing must be name brand, like new and of current style.(Must have been purchased within the last 2-3 years)
 
Clothing should be name brand (please no discount stores) and current styles.
 
All clothing should be freshly laundered and free of stains, odors, holes, fading or obvious wear.  We do no accept undergarments of any kind nor are we accepting shoes. 
 
We accept clothing based upon seasonal demands.  Our accepting schedule is as follows:
 
January thru April - Spring clothing
March thru June - Summer clothing
July thru September - Fall clothing
September thru January - Winter clothing
 
Zippers must work, all buttons present and snaps, buttons and zippers fastened.
 
Toys must be clean, working, no missing parts and working batteries installed  (if applicable).  Please include all manuals or pertinent packaging.  We do not accept stuffed animals or Happy Meal type toys.
 
Books must be in excellent, like new condition with good covers and no markings.
 
We do accept smaller baby equipment as room permits.  Please make sure that these
items meet all current safety standards, are new within the last 4 years, are not missing any parts and have batteries installed if required for proper use.
 
We are always concerned with the safety of our littlest customers, please check the safety of your toys and equipment at www.cpsc.gov  before bringing them to The Lily Pad.
 
All items must be brought to the Lily Pad in either plastic bins or a laundry basket.  Please no plastic or paper sacks as well as no garbage bags.  You've worked hard to sort and prepare your clothing and we are sure you want to present it for our consideration in the best possible way.

HOW TO SELL/CONSIGN:
 
After you have carefully sorted thru your items and selected the best for our review, you can drop them off at The Lily Pad.  Our drop off hours are Monday thru Friday 11 AM - 5:30 PM and Saturday 11 AM - 3 PM.  We will ask that you fill out a short form and you will be on your way.  You may also download our consignment agreement and the Drop & Run form here on our website, saving you valuable time.  You will need the Drop & Run form for both consignment and selling. 
 
 
 
Within the next business day, our staff will review your items and assess their resell value.  We will then call you so that you may come in to pick up any "no thank you" items (unless you have told us on your drop off form that you prefer to donate these items to a local non profit charity of our choice) and review our offer for the items that we are able to accept.  ITEMS NOT PICKED UP AFTER 7 BUSINESS DAYS WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE LILY PAD TO BE PROCESSED, DONATED OR DISPOSED OF. We simply do not have the room to store things that you don't return for.
 
There may be items that we are unable to accept, please don't be offended.  We will be carefully reviewing all items offered to determine if they meet our current store stock needs and our customer's desires.  What may be "in demand" one day, may not be the next.  Remember.... the choosier we are when buying/selecting items for consignment, the better shopping experience you will have with us and the more money you will make!
 
Consignment periods will run for 60 days from the day that items are introduced on the selling floor.  The Lily Pad sets the selling price and markdowns, pricing and periodic sales are at the discretion of The Lily Pad.
 
In the event that there are consigned items that have not sold, it is the consignors responsibilty to retrieve unsold items between the 60th and 65th day of the consignment period. Be sure to call ahead the day before so that we may have the items pulled and ready for you to pick up.  You may choose to donate any unsold items or unaccepted items to local charities of The Lily Pad's choice.  Please review the consignment agreement for further details.
 
PAYMENT TERMS:
 
We will pay you cash for purchases/consignments under $20 and checks for amounts over $20.  We also offer Lily Pad store bucks. If you choose store bucks in lieu of cash, you will earn 20% over the cash offer.    Example:  $15 cash or $18 in store bucks.  Consignment allows you to earn 40% of what your consigned item sells for and when you sell to The Lily Pad, you can expect to earn around 25 - 30% of the resale value.
